Organic Soup Mix 250g

Ingredients: Organic Yellow Split Peas, Organic Green Split Peas, Organic Red Lentils, Organic Pearl Barely.

Rinse well before cooking.

Below is 2 ways of cooking.

1. Soak over night rinsing a few times, give it a final rinse before adding it to your your dish.
2. Using a pressure cooker add desired amount of Soup Mix after rinsing well, add enough water to be above the soup mix at 1:2 ratio 1 soup mix to 2 water, add salt to taste. Set for 30 mins on high. Once pressure has settled, add to the dish your cooking.
