CBD oil, also known as cannabidiol oil, is a product derived from the cannabis plant. It contains a cannabinoid called cannabidiol (CBD), which is one of the many compounds found in cannabis.

CBD is non-psychoactive, meaning it does not produce the intoxicating effects commonly associated with marijuana use. Unlike THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), which is another prominent cannabinoid in cannabis, CBD does not cause a “high.”
